Privacy policy

• Account details: your name, email, login details, and the Discord or other accounts you sign in with.
• Connected social accounts: your handle, profile and public stats for the posts you submit.
• Clips and campaigns: the links you submit, the campaigns you join and decisions on your clips.
• Payment and tax details: your payout email, earnings and payouts, and tax or identity information when we ask for it.
• Messages: what you send us in support tickets and emails.
• Clients and applicants: contact and company details, and what you tell us in an inquiry or application.
• Usage information: pages visited, device and browser information, and how you found us.

• run campaigns, review clips, count views and pay you;
• send you notices about your clips, payouts and account, and updates you opt into;
• prevent fraud and fake engagement, and enforce our terms;
• meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
• measure and improve our service and our ads.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests, legal obligations, or your consent.

• Clients running a campaign you join see your handle, your posts and their stats.
• Service providers that host the service, send emails, process payments and check identities, under contracts that limit how they use it.
• Advertising partners that help us measure our own ads (see cookies).
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.
• A buyer, if our business is sold, who must honor this policy.

Anything you choose to make public, such as a public profile or a win you post, can be seen by others.

When you connect a social or Discord account, we receive your profile and the stats of posts you submit, to verify the account is yours and count views. You can remove our access in that platform's settings at any time.

We use YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab), and Google's use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). You can revoke access at Google's security settings (opens in a new tab).

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to work, that remember your preferences, and that measure how our ads perform. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may stop working. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (opens in a new tab) signal, we don't use advertising cookies for you.

We keep your data while your account is open and as long as needed for the purposes above. We keep payment, tax and clip records longer where the law or accounting rules require it. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the rest.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. Your data may be processed in countries other than yours; where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

You can edit your details, change notification and email settings, and delete your account in Account settings. Every optional email has an unsubscribe link.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or limit how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email support@seeded.tech and we'll answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's you. If we decline, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject, or complain to your local data protection authority. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Seeded isn't for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, email support@seeded.tech and we'll delete it. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's agreement, as the Terms of service say.

We update the date and history of this policy when it changes, and tell you about significant changes before they take effect. Questions: support@seeded.tech.
